Notes:

In-app: Business accounts can promote ads directly from inside the Instagram app. Selected posts and stories will be pushed to targeted users. Organizations will recieve key performance insights and business analytics.
Ad Manager: Organizations can also further expand and customize their campaign promotions by using Facebook for Business’s Ad Manager.
Instagram Partner: Organizations can hire an approved Instagram Partner to buy ads, source, deliver creative for them, and more.
